Every one of our ambulances is ALS—staffed with at least one paramedic and one EMT, and outfitted with cutting-edge medical tools like 12‑lead EKG, SPO₂ and ETCO₂ monitors, and vascular access technology. Our close partnership with the San Luis Obispo County EMS Agency ensures our protocols are up-to-date and maximize patient outcomes.

Specialized Critical
Care Transport

High-acuity care on the move

As the only Critical Care Transport (CCT) service in the county, San Luis Ambulance offers seamless, high-level care through our dedicated CCT units. Staffed by a registered nurse, paramedic, and EMT, and under the supervision of a Nurse Manager and Medical Director, our CCT team handles everything from ventilators and invasive monitoring to critical medications and blood products—transporting patients locally and across California with precision and compassion.
